By Booking & using our services, clients and event guest acknowledge and accept responsibility for participating in the photo booth experience. One Snap Away Photo Booth is not responsible for injures, accidents, or damages that may offer during normal use of our services or equipment. 

While we take every precaution to provide safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for delays, interruptions or service limitations caused by factor beyond our control, including power outages, Internet connectivity issues, venue resections, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 

This disclaimer applies to all services.

Privacy Policy - the basics

We respect your privacy & are committed to protecting your personal information. Any informed information called through our services, website or booking process is used solely for business-related purposes.

Photos and videos captured during events may be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes unless the client request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Set up & Travel Policy

We are fully insured for all events. To ensure proper set up and operation, the client must provide a minimum of 10x10 space and access to a standard electrical outlet at the event location.

​

Travel is included for events within 35 miles of our base location. Events exceeding this distance will be subject to a travel fee of $1 per mile rounch trip.
